For now, I've just reverted to the production version of Cargo (as opposed to the cutting edge master branch), which does not support syndication, but has the benefit of at least not causing this page to explode. It instead seems to just ignore "format=feed

Bureaucrat 37: invoke like the wind!

Experimental use of a custom Lua module to handle formatting of a query's results, rather than letting Extension:External Data or Extension:Cargo do it. That way, I should be able to format things how I want, which those extensions don't seem conducive to.
